1. Purpose
These terms govern the sale of food products through the website rialto-lausanne.vercel.app by Pizzeria Rialto (Avenue de Béthusy 29, 1012 Lausanne).
2. Orders
Orders are taken for delivery only, within the delivery area (you can check yours with the postal code on the home page). The minimum order depends on your area: from 25 to 55 CHF. The exact amount is shown as soon as you enter your postal code.
A valid email address is required to place an order: it is used to send you the receipt and the tracking link for your order.
Once placed, your order is sent to the restaurant and you receive a confirmation email. You can follow its progress on the /confirmation page.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF), all taxes included. Payment is made exclusively on delivery, to the courier, in cash, by TWINT or by card.
We accept no online payment. No banking data is collected on this website.
4. Delivery
The average delivery time is 30 minutes after the order is accepted, depending on how busy we are. This time is indicative and may vary.
The courier comes to the address you gave. Please be available, and state your floor, entrance code or any useful instructions precisely at checkout.
5. Cancellation
An order can be cancelled free of charge as long as it has not been accepted by the restaurant (status "Order confirmed" on the tracking page). Beyond that point, cancellation is at the restaurant's discretion; contact us at 021 312 64 60.
6. Allergens
The allergen information shown on each dish is provided for guidance. In case of a serious allergy, please contact us directly by phone to confirm the composition of a dish before ordering.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of the canton of Vaud.
